Ultravox: the Oft-Overlooked Great 80’s band

Filed under: General, Music - Susan M @ 7:52 pm

I’ve always loved Ultravox. Midge Ure just has it. Not sure what it is, but he’s got it, and I like it.

I’m stuck on this song this morning, “We Came to Dance.”

Folding laundry to Ultravox, life is good.

  1. That’s so awesome that you’re a housewife into rocking 80s music! Have you heard of Kraftwerk? They’re an old German electronica band that my friend Dan is into.

  2. Thanks, yeah I know Kraftwerk. They were really influential on a ton of bands, including some recent indie bands like Trans Am.
